The perfect location, in Viella but to go directly to Baqueira, 10 minutes walk from the center and easy parking. The spacious and comfortable studios. Heating ok and hot water tb . When you come down from skiing, you have lemonade, sweets and some kind of biscuits or cakes at the reception. Very good value for money.
The showers and baths have a curtain instead of a screen and that, no matter how new they are, is not very hygienic. In addition, when you take a shower it is difficult to keep the water from coming out, especially if you take a shower instead of a bath. I think you should change them. The room service is every other day, it is true that they warn you but the truth is that to go down from skiing and find everything without doing is not very nice .. The breakfast is good but with a couple of details like Nutella in single doses for children, raisins and some cereal with fiber, would improve .. Careless infusions, no proper cups and no black tea.

It's in the center of town.
bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. In the snow season the accessibility to the indoor parking is practically impossible and car would have to sleep outside. first day to the arrival to put the car in the parkin was full of snow and it was impossible that the car entered, receptionist gave us a shovel to remove the snow instead of lowering some worker of the hotel, I found it embarrassing, having to go on vacation to a hotel and start digging to remove the snow. All we have to say is that we had accommodation for 3 nights and we only stayed one and they didn't charge us for the three nights or the parking. Also, last day to get the car out of the parking lot, receptionist and another very nice worker came down to help us clear the snow so we could go out with the car, it was supposed to be clean like the rest of the hotels on the street.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Vielha.
Several things. First and foremost has been the issue of heating. I don't know exactly why after a certain hour in the morning the heating stopped working and there was no way to turn it back on, so every day, result has been that both my partner and I have returned home with a deadly cold. As it is out of season there may be indications to turn off the central heating of the hotel to reduce costs, I can not find another explanation... case is that on April 30 was still snowing in Vielha and temperature was very low and at night we spent much o cold. Also, I entered the apartment I had to fix a lamp socket in the kitchen, dismantle the plate of the latch in the bathroom so that the door would be closed when you turned the latch. There was a lack of maintenance... the worst thing was the cold we had...

The location was correct, you can walk to the center of Vielha without any problem. In front of the aparthotel there are parking spaces for the clients and, unless you arrive at night, there is always room. As for the apartment, although it wasn't exactly as we imagined it, we were grateful that there was already gel-shampoo in the bathroom and a scouring pad and cleaning gel in the kitchen (in other destinations we went there was nothing like that). The staff was always very nice.
To begin with we requested an apartment with a double bed and were assigned one with two single beds. Even though it was the last room in the corridor, you could hear the other clients talking and arriving at their rooms. The heating was not working well. we arrived at night. we put it on and after a while it turned itself off and didn't work again until the next day, Besides. window of our bathroom (which was inside the shower, was dirty and filthy, It was a bit uncomfortable and unpleasant to get inside. Also. we had a shower tray with a curtain and water was constantly running out and flooding the bathroom,
